I ordered software for 2015 and I ordered for MAC. Once I paid it sent me for windows and says the software is not supported on MAC. help

How do I get a refund? It is not supported on MAC

The Business software (for LLCs, S and C corps) is PC only.  You can contact customer support for a refund.  However, depending on how else you might file your business tax return, it might seriously be cheaper to buy a slightly used PC laptop with Windows 7, than hire an accountant.  Or, you can install Windows and windows programs on a Mac using software such as Parallels or Bootcamp.

Turbotax for preparing personal returns with a schedule C (most self-employed situations) comes as a Mac or PC version, the CD has both versions, if you need to change your download in your account from one to the other, check with customer support.

If you ordered the Business Edition, that is only supported by installing on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online.

Or you can contact TurboTax support and speak with a support agent.  Support is closed on the weekends after tax season.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -
