I owe more to the IRS than I can pay at once. I went to IRS.gov and set up auto payments. How does this effect my filing? Is there anything specific I need to do?

No, there is nothing specific you have to do when filing your return. In the program, you can indicate that you will "pay by check" during the filing process and then just ignore the payment voucher that prints out if you have made other payment arrangements with the IRS already.
