I owed 139.00 and paid that. Now they took out another 139.00

To view what you were charged for:

Gog into TurboTax

1. On the left sidebar toward the bottom
2. Click Intuit Account
3. A screen with boxes will show up
4. From the left sidebar
5. Select Products and Billing

Are you referring to TurboTax product fees?  If so, how did you pay the first $139?   Did you pay them upfront with credit/debit card, or did you choose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund?    If you chose to pay out of your Federal refund, and if there is a significant delay with the refund at the IRS, TurboTax folks go ahead and debit one's bank account.   Is that your situation, or is it something else?
