I owned Federal tax 2019 in the amount $1571 this tax due was withdraw direct from my bank account on 03/20/2020. Why on 04/25/2020 turbo tax 2019 have a tax due $728?

do you file a state return? if so, the amount due you may be looking at could be the net of federal tax due and state refund.

if you only file federal did you print ut a copy of the original return or save it as a pdf? if so you can compare to current return to see what changed. if not, your only recourse is to get a transcript from IRS and compare that to currebt return.

you may have to file an amended return, which must be mailed in, to get back any overpayment. the issue is the IRS is not processing mailed in returns at the present time.
