I paid 2033.0 in Taxes from a PBGC account, do I receice any back

This entire amount was used to pay taxes

You should have received a 1099-R.

The 1099-R should report the tax that was withheld.

Another way you could enter the tax paid alone is to

Click Federal or Tax Home

Click Deductions & Credits

Scroll down and Click Show more next to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid"

Scroll down to "Income Taxes Paid" and click Start or Revisit

Scroll down to "Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099" (under "Other Income Taxes Paid in 2020") and click Start or Revisit

Enter the amount of tax withheld

Keep a copy of the account statement with your tax file
