I paid $69.99 for TurboTax Advantage Deluxe Order # TAR17xxxxxxxxxx and it states there is no unlock or down loads available. Need to know the problem please

Did you sign onto your download account with the exact same userID you used for the Advantage account?

If there is not a 2017 download showing in your account then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
