I Paid for and installed Turbo Tax, and when I try to start it up, I get "You can't use this version of the application "Turbo Tax 2023" with this version of macOS.

TT 2023 desktop was only supported from MacOS 12 onwards. TT 2024 desktop only MacOS 13 onwards. Expect the same story continuing in 2025, they will phase out OS support as Apple phases it out also.

What version of MacOS are you on ... if it's old apple h/w that can't upgrade then you're stuck and you'll have same issue with TT 2024.

Presumably you can request a refund on the s/w and see if you're able to use TT Online instead (or try other s/w) - I am not familiar with that offering and plan to avoid it, but it may be more expensive depending how complex your returns are, and some of the features are different (e.g. no Forms mode)
