Question

I paid in $1200 into fed tax, how am I getting back $2400. Please answer I have asked 3 or 4 times. Thank you Rita Duff

we can't see your return so answering is guesswork.  perhaps you have refundable credits like child tax credits or perhaps you entered something incorrectly. you can preview a tax summary to perhaps identify what is causing this.
