Question

I paid taxes quarterly in 2021 for my nanny through Popping Payroll. Have entered details in TurboTax, but it wants me to pay this tax again. What do I do?

I use Poppins Payroll to pay my Nanny.
Poppins paid my Federal and State taxes quarterly throughout 2021.
I have entered details in TurboTax under "Nanny and Household Employee Tax".
TurboTax has calculated the tax I owe, and deducted it from my refund.
However, I have already paid the tax, so it shouldn't be deducted.
What do I do?

If you report the employment taxes for your household
employee on Form 941, Form 944, or Form 943, file Form
W-2 for that employee with the Forms W-2 and Form W-3
for your business or farm employees.

You do not also file schedule H.

See IRS Pub 926.
