Question

I paid to have my returns electronically filed. The file was rejected by the Federal and state. I am filing by mail. can I get a refund of my electronic filing fee ?

E-filing from the online produts is free - there is no additional charge to e-file.   The cost is for the use of the software whether you e-file of mail file the cost is the same.
