If all the forms and schedules included in your state tax return are finalized then you can e-file your state tax return after the federal tax return has been accepted by the IRS. Click on the Review tab to see if there are any state forms or schedules not yet finalized.

The IRS will not be accepting any 2019 tax returns until on and after January 27
