Question

I paid Turbo tax for filing my state stax and have yet to receive them, I Where do I file my complaint?

call the state department of revenue.  once the state gets the return TT gets no further info

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
