I paid for turbo tax with a credit card, it isn’t allowing me to send my tax return electronically?

Paying the TT fees has no bearing on the ability to efile a return ... the fee is for the use of the program to complete a return that can be filed even if you must mail in the return. So what is the reason given for not being able to efile the return ? Did you clear the REVIEW tab successfully ? Are you trying to efile the state after mailing in the fed ? Or before you efile the fed ?
