I payed, but can't get past an endless loop. How can I "hand off [my] taxes to a tax expert so they can do the work"?

I edit the form, select "Continue".

Over and over again. I edit the only editable field available with blanks, which turn to a 0, and I enter 0's another time, and on another attempt even arbitrary random numbers that the form remembers but still "We're close to finishing up. But we found a couple little things . . ."

Also, I live in Japan due to my active duty station. And haven't been able to use live help since I'm either at work or sleeping during the designated hours.
