help me too get bracket saying turbo tax free edition

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2018 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

Sounds like when you added Plus you said to deduct it from your refund. There is an extra 39.99 Pay with Refund fee for that. Plus is 19.99+39.99= 59.98. So you might need to remove that first to downgrade. See,
