I purchased 2 downloads for the home and business. How do I access my 2nd download? It only allowed me to exile 5 returns instead of 10.

You can download only one 2016 individual tax return preparation program per computer. So you'll need to use a different computer to use the second download. You are allowed to e-file 5 federal returns per download, but you can print and mail unlimited returns.

If you are a paid tax preparer, TurboTax individual programs are not licensed for your use.
