I purchased 2022 Turbo Tax Deluxe, but it is not compatible with the version of windows on my computer. Since I have already paid for it, can I still use it?

If your computer does not meet the system requirements for the CD/download, you cannot use it on your computer. Does another family member have a computer you can use the software with? If not, seek a refund for the CD/download. You cannot use the license code to pay for online TurboTax. You can use online, but you will have to pay the online fees.
