I purchased 2024 turbotax deluxe from Costco, but I am unable to download it.
When I go to download, it doesn't ask for a code. It is as if I want to make another online purchase not the desktop version I am trying to download. Help!
It turned out that my MacBook Pro cannot be updated to IOS 13 or later which 2024 TurboTax requires. Trying to get a refund and use the online version instead of the computer version!
