Question

I purchased a 2024 certified pre owed Chevrolet Blazer with less than 8000 miles. Does this qualify as a new purchase?

    No.  Preowned does not qualify as a new purchase.  In order to qualify as a new purchase for the EV credit, you must be the original owner. In order to qualify for the used EV credit, the vehicle must be at least 2 model years old.
