Question

I purchased my turbotax through the site but forgot to apply my discount/promo code at checkout - is there anything I can do now that I have already payed/filed?

You would have to contact customer service to request a credit.  To do so, start by clicking on Contact us. This will help to ensure that your call is properly routed.
