Question

I purchased the online product for tax years 2018 and 2019. I downloaded the 2019 product on my PC but my 2018 product disappeared before I could download it. HELP.

The autobot (website help) gave me a phone number to call but when I call that number, it won't let me access a live person - the recording keeps telling me that my account shows I have a free product. My credit card shows that it has been charged by TurboTax for both of the products I purchased. It's so frustrating that there is no record on my account (when I sign in) that I purchased either of these online products.

You can only call TT during their office hours which vary by the tax season . They are in Pacific time zone.
