I purchased Turbo Tax 2024 at Staples. I did not receive a confirmation code, just a sales receipt. How to I prove to Turbo Tax that I already paid for it?

You should have received the license code when you made the software purchase.

Thank you. I called the store because I did not receive a confirmation code from Staples. The cashier did not exchange the display package for the package with the confirmation code, so I will return to the store for it.

if the license number is on the receipt which number is it?

I don’t think the 16 digit License Code will be on the receipt unless you bought it online and the confirmation email should have it.

The License Code is 16 digits like xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
