i purchased turbo tax deluxe, cus i have a 1099, i purchased it 5 days ago, til i got my 1099. now im trying to file and it says i have to buy it again. any help?

Did you buy the Desktop program with the 16 digit License Code that you need to download and install on your computer?    I see people all the time that have bought the CD/Download Desktop Software but then somehow ending up using the Online version and didn't know it. If that happened to you, you can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info.
