I purchased turbo tax for 2016 and 2017. I didn't realize that they were on the Acer cloud which was closed in September 2018. Do I have to pay for them again?

If you purchased the software from TurboTax they will be available in your download account.

If your order shows as a CD and download then sign onto your download account using the exact same User ID that was used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

If the software is not in your download account and/or you have not received the CD then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
