I purchased Turbotax 2019 when I sign in to start filing, it doesn't show that I purchased. Credit card was charged, license code: [removed] How do I locate it?

Stop. You are posting from online Deluxe. That is wrong. You do not want to use online TurboTax for a 2019 return.

You do not "sign in"--- you download the software and open up the program from your own hard drive. Do not make the mistake of using online TurboTax---online is only for 2020 returns---no other year.
