I purchased Turbotax premier. Ready to file my federal return. Now Turbotax says I need to pay. I already paid. What do I do?

Received email confirmation 4/9/2019.

Now the program wants me to pay again.

They probably just want you to pay for State e-filing for $24.99. Is that correct? Premier does not include state e-filing cost. None of the Turbo Tax options do. That's a special "upsale" that Turbo tax pulls on you based on some vague marketing on their products.
