Question

I put in my 1098-t information. Questions 7-9 I check at least half time and I keep getting an error to select at least one. I can't continue. How can I resolve?

Perhaps the error is referring to the question on the same page about "foreign address or not". Be sure you have answered that address question and un-check all the boxes 7-9 and then recheck the applicable one(s).

If that doesn't clear, go back to top of page and click "deductions & credits" tab to get off the page. Then go back to education area to see if you can advance through.

Finally, you could try signing all the way out of TurboTax and back in and clear cache and cookies as well. Here is a helpful link if you need instructions.
