Question

I put the CD in the drive. I can see the files. Nothing happened Every file I click on says does not work on MAC

The CD has the installation files for both the WIN & MAC ... make sure to download the correct one. Then take the CD out to install the program.   Is your OS up to the task ? 

 

Here are the system requirements to install Turbo Tax for MAC…..

The Mac should mount the CD and open an install window.  That is a Mac system function.   If that does not happen then restart the Mac.

 

If still not, then perhaps a bad CD of flaky CD drive.
