I qualify for free-file. But I filed already and was charged $80 for my returns. Can I be refunded this fee charged by TurboTax?

As the question states, I found I can file for free with IRS free-file TurboTax partnership. But this was after I had already filed with “Deluxe” and was charged $80 tax. Can I be refunded for this fee?

Thanks for your reply. I submitted a request and the status is now closed (Case # [4 704 166 36). I have not been receiving e-mail correspondence about my request. Can you provide more details about the case and if it was approved? Thank you.
