Question

I qualify for free TurboTax yet it is trying to charge me and I am using the app for free TurboTax. I can’t get past this. I’ve been trying for days.

I made under $3000 and my Social Security is not taxable so I use TurboTax free edition yet after everything is filed it is not going through because it wants me to make a payment

"I made under $3000"-----was that on a W-2 or was it some kind of self-employment income?  Was it interest or dividends?    Please explain the source of the income you received besides the Social Security benefits.
