I ran 2019 turbotax on my laptop. I had to download 2020 turbotax online. How do I transfer my 2019 info to 2020?

How do I pull in my 2019 info into 2020 so I can prepare my 2020 return?

If you downloaded TurboTax 2020, you should have an icon on your desktop.

When click the icon, to open TurboTax 2020, it will look for and transfer your 2019 return if it is on the same computer.

If you are using TurboTax Online, nothing is downloaded to your computer, but you can still transfer your 2019 tax file from the desktop program.
