Question

I recd an error message "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again." when I try to file and register my information. Cookies cleared new browser attempted

I followed all the instructions posted on line.  Used laptops, desk tops, phone app, different browsers.  Nothing works.  Can't get pas the error message to file taxes.  Also only one button "register" available, nothing to register later as had been posted previously.
