Question

I received $25,000 as a gift in 2019 from my mother and I did not work in 2019. All monies received in 2019 were gifted. How do I file?

You don't report gifts received on your tax return.  If you had no income you do not need to file a return.  Do you live with her?  She or someone else can probably claim you as a dependent.
