I received a 1099-DIV and I don't know how or if I should enter it into my taxes

You must enter any and all 1099-DIVs that you get. There are no exceptions to that. When you get a 1099 of any sort, you must enter it.
To enter your 1099-DIV, type 1099-DIV into the search box, click Find, then Click Jump to
