Question

I received a 1099-INT from the state of MA and it appears to be on interest from child support. It indicates the tax type is n/a. Does this get reported as income?

That is income and does need to be reported on your tax return.

Enter the 1099-INT under Wages & Income.

or type   1099-int   into the search box and then click the "Go to 1099-INT" box

MA interest on child support
