Question
I received a 2022 W2 from Pizza Hut. I never worked a single hour for them but have a W2: $5.25/wages, $0 Fed. tax, and $4.84 for MD taxes. My state return gets rejected.
I applied for them in January of 2022 and filled out paperwork. Never heard from them nor worked a single hour. Yet still received a W2. TurboTax is rejecting my MD state return because the state tax is more than 50% of the wages. Should I just not use the W2 at All?
