Question

i received a form 1095A , form from marketplace. I only had it for January. My form had a total in the first column only. The monthly premium had a total the others 0.

the b and c columns had zeros. The form wouldnt let me enter zeros. what do I do?

    Leave them blank.  Do not enter 0.
