I received a text message stating I had An important email from Turbo Tax in my inbox. But I don't understand what that means as I haven't received anything.

There was an email that went out to some customers on 3/25. If you received a text (SMS) from TurboTax, you should check your personal email inbox to see if you received one. Check your spam/junk folder as well. If you didn't receive an email, you can disregard the text.

There was nothing there period..spam nor junk mail

The email would have been sent on March 25, 2021. If you did not receive an email you can disregard the text message.
