I received an email from Turbotax stating "Welcome to the family! Here's 20% off Claim Offer". However at checkout for Turbotax Deluxe it's showing full price. How come?

At the bottom of the email it says "Special limited time offer: Get 20% off TurboTax Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed Online or TurboTax Live assisted Basic, Deluxe, Permier or Self-Employed Online when you file your federal return between December 1, 2022 and April 18, 2023. Discount cannot be combined with any other offers and does not apply to state returns"

So nothing strange there, no idea how to claim this.

Interesting I recieved another email from TurboTax the following day for the same offer although it was an entirely new ad/offer. Clicking that one did result in the discount being applied upon checkout, unlike the one in the first email. I'm all set.
