I received email 50% off but I filling to make payment they didn’t take 50 % off ?

If you have not yet paid the TurboTax fees, 

   1.      Please  sign out of your TurboTax account

    2.      Clear the browser cache & cookies

    3.      Sign in with the link provided within the email

    4.      Begin the checkout process
