Question

I received k-1 for 2019, but it doesnt apply to 2020 taxes. Turbo Tx wont let me file until I enter 2020 k-1. But I won't be getting it. still want to file my return

the S-corp became a C-corp in July 2019. so I believe I will not be getting a k-1. So I believe my return is complete without filing k-1. Turbo tax wont let me proceed until I enter k-1's for 2020. I'm stuck here.

delete the k-1.

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
