I received my Turbo Tax Code, but at the final step, it says that the number is either expired or invalid. Why?

Are you referring to the 6-digit email verification code?

 

You have to leave the screen open that asks for the email verification code.   You have to use either a second window or a second tab when you go to check the email.   If you close the screen that asks for the code, the code will be seen as invalid or expired.

 

If you're using a computer, another option would be to leave the computer screen open and retrieve the email using your phone.
