I received my w-2 in email pdf form and it's not uploading...error

It really only takes a minute or two to key in a W-2 manually.  You could do that.

Tried manually but always brings me back to photo or upload. What can I do?

In my test account, I have entered income from the past and this is how I got back to manually enter.
