I see for my dependent it put son instead of grandchild does that make a difference?
He's my grandchild.
You should change that. It's easy to fix that.
- Log back into your return
- Click on My Info
- Beside your grandchild's name, click on the pencil icon.
- You will be asked his relationship to you. Click on Another person
- From the dropdown menu, click on grandchild (See screenshot below)
