Solved

I see in the upper left corner it says turbotax "self-employed." Greg is not self employed. I have almost completed my taxes. Do I need to change that form. - Valerie

Did either of you receive Form 1099-MISC?

You may not be self-employed, but you can still have what the IRS would consider self-employment income.

You may receive a Form 1099-MISC for work as an independent contractor or freelance work.
