Question

I see unusual login attempts, when i click to report the attempted device it sends me through a loop. I need to report this immediately. but how?

When TurboTax is looping, you need to remove cookies and other browsing data.  The Chrome browser works best.  Clear browsing data for All Time.  Then log back in.
