Somehow you ended up with an optional LIVE product, which includes on-demand help from a tax expert during return preparation and a final review of your return prior to filing. That feature adds considerable expense, especially if it was not used. If you don't want the LIVE feature, you may be able to remove it as long as you haven't already finished the checkout. The method depends on how you came to have it in the first place. See this FAQ:
