No one can see your tax return, so we cannot determine if you are correct in your assertion that you should not owe the state. Double check all of the amounts you entered, paying special attention to boxes 16 and 17 from your W-2's. Make sure you did not misplace any decimals or add zeros anywhere. It is always "possible" to owe the state if you did not have enough state tax withheld from your paychecks.
