You must have received a 1099-B or Div, enter them accordingly, they are not part of W-2.

To enter that information, go to Income & Expenses, under the Federal Tab and scroll down to Stock, Mutual Funds, Bonds and Other.

 

You will need your W-2 (it will include part of your basis from the stock) as well as Form 3922 from your employer (if one was generated, check with your employer) and your 1099B from the broker that sold the shares for you.
