Solved

I sold ISOs from my employer. The proceeds were included in my W2, but I also received a 1099-B. How do I make sure TurboTax doesn't double-count the sale?

When the 1099-B is entered, you should make sure the basis equals the amount added to your w2 box 1 plus any expenses to sell.
